Orders are shipped Monday-Friday All Orders take 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process, this is our standard processing time for any orders placed during weekdays, however during promotions orders may take an additional time to process. Due to new covid restrictions, the delivery process may be delayed.
All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Please note all orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused. It is the customers responsibility to input the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.
Highmess is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Priority and Express shipping options. If you are concerned that your package may be lost or damaged please contact www.highmess.shop within 7 days from the last scanned date. All issues must be resolved within 14 business days of original contact.
Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or returned to the sender. www.highmess.shop is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. www.highmess.shop has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.
